How To Order A Custom Scrapbook Page or Album

Step One - Contact

Contact me via email at timmi@hireparkpages.com or by phone with the size of album, theme, number of pictures submitting, and any other ideas. I will respond as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days.

Step Two - Organizing

Get you photos together

The pictures I receive are subject to cropping. If you do not want you pictures to be cropped please make and send me copies of the originals. For more information on cropping see Frequently Asked Questions.

Put the pictures in groups and put them in a plastic bag. Add any informationyou want included, such as dates, names, and/or places on a piece of paper. You can number the photos on the back then write on the piece of paper what
information you want with the picture next to the corresponding number. Please do NOT write on the back of the photos.

You do NOT need all your journaling completed now! You can add more journaling during the consultation of each layout.

I will determine how many photos will fit on a page for you.

Sometimes including ALL photos in a scrapbook can be a challenge, but I can do it if you want them all in your album. However, this album may have many pages which will increase your price. If there are certain pictures that you
DEFINITELY want in your scrapbook please note that along with your photos. Any pictures not used will be returned with the completed album (once final payment is received and cleared).

Step Three – Purchase Album, Pages, and Page Protectors

The quoted price does NOT include the album or page protectors. You will have to purchase this on your own.

You can find all kinds of scrapbooks and accessories at Wal-Mart, JoAnn’s, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, or on an online website. If you purchase an album online you may ship the album directly to me to save yourself money on shipping.

Please note some albums do not have page protectors. For more information on what page protectors are see Frequently Asked Questions.

Please purchase protectors separately IF your album does not come with, them. I like the post bound albums because most of them come with Top Loading page protected pages, but choose what you like the best.

Step Four – Customer Agreement

Print, sign, and date the Customer Agreement and include with your photos.

Step Five – Mail

Pack all your pictures securely in a box to ensure they will not move around.

Include signed and dated Customer Agreement in your package

A 50% deposit of the estimated cost will be due before I begin any work on your album.

If paying by check, make your check payable to PARK PAGES.

Consider insuring your package when you mail it - this option is up to you.

Mail package to my home address, which I will provide to you.

Step Six – Design

I will contact you when I receive your photos, and we can discuss your album
ideas, themes, set-up, etc.

If paying by check I will begin working when your check clears the bank.

I will scan and email pictures of your layouts as we go, and we can make
changes and add journaling to the layout at this time.

Step Seven – Finished

It is your choice if you want your completed project shipped certified and/or insured (You are responsible for ALL shipping and handling charges. When all project is complete I will email you the final bill (which includes all shipping & handling charges).

Once payment is received and cleared from the bank I will send the completed
album to you.
